Weu2019re seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager u2013 Head to lead our relationships andperformance across e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other relevant marketplaces. Theideal candidate must have prior experience using seller tools on Amazon and Flipkart. Candidates with 2+years of experience working at Amazon, Flipkart, or one of their large sellers will be strongly preferred. Abackground from a Tier 1 college will be an added advantage. The role requires a deep understanding ofplatform mechanics, negotiation, assortment strategy, and flawless execution to drive category growth andprofitability.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Account Management:
uF0B7 Own the end-to-end relationship with key e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
uF0B7 Define and execute the strategic roadmap for each platform to achieve category leadership
uF0B7 Build and nurture platform relationships to secure growth levers: deals, banners, visibility, etc.
uF0B7 Utilize experience with Amazon/Flipkart seller tools to drive deeper engagement and execution
2. Performance Ownership:
uF0B7 Drive weekly/monthly revenue, traffic, and conversion metrics for each marketplace
uF0B7 Lead demand planning, stock allocation, and inventory control in coordination with supply chain
uF0B7 Monitor and optimize performance parameters like CTR, CR, listing quality, and return rates
3. Assortment & Merchandising Strategy
uF0B7 Curate and expand the right product assortment based on platform insights and competitionbenchmarking
uF0B7 Work closely with catalog, pricing, and content teams to maintain optimized listings
uF0B7 Implement strategic pricing, bundling, and promotional campaigns
4. Cross-Functional Coordination:
uF0B7 Liaise with operations, supply chain, marketing, and tech teams for seamless execution
uF0B7 Manage P&L-level accountability for assigned accounts and ensure healthy ROI
5. Team Leadership:

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

uF0B7 5u20138 years of relevant experience in Key Account Management within the e-commerce ecosystem
