Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in generating and nurturing leads to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Independently generate high-quality leads through platforms like LinkedIn, the internet, and other sources without requiring additional support.
- Lead Nurturing: Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, engage in meaningful conversations, and move them through the sales funnel.
- Initial Outreach: Conduct initial calls with leads to understand their requirements and provide insights about our offerings.
- Scheduling Meetings: Coordinate and schedule follow-up meetings with the appropriate stakeholders.
- Technology Acumen: Possess a basic understanding of technology to communicate effectively with prospects.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong ability to work independently and take initiative in generating and nurturing leads.
- Ability to quickly learn and understand new tools or technologies.
