Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, retaining and growing existing accounts, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction through effective relationship management and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard new clients through networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
- Client Retention: Build strong, long-term relationships to ensure high client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Upselling/Cross-Selling: Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and offer relevant solutions to maximize value.
- Account Management: Manage client accounts end-to-end, ensuring smooth operations, regular communication, and timely issue resolution.
- Client Servicing: Act as the main point of contact for client queries, feedback, and service requests.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute client account plans to achieve revenue and relationship goals.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor client KPIs and usage to proactively address gaps or concerns.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management, client servicing, or business development in IT Infrastructure Industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Strategic thinking with a problem-solving approach.
- Prior experience in upselling/cross-selling is a plus.
