Job Description

Location: Andheri (Marol Naka), Mumbai
Shift Timing: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM (Night Shift)

Role: Reach out to international leads to promote and sell GEM (Give Every Month) donation subscriptions.

• Call international leads and explain the concept of GEM (Give Every Month) donations.
• Persuade potential donors to subscribe to monthly contributions for medical causes.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and pitch effectiveness.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets consistently.
• Accurately update call records and donor details in the system.
• Collaborate with team leads for feedback and performance improvement.
