Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Interior Designer to take ownership of end-to-end interior design projects for qualified leads. The role involves designing innovative kitchen layouts, managing client relationships, and ensuring an excellent customer experience from the lead qualification phase to order confirmation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage revenue and oversee end-to-end interior design for qualified leads.
2. Prepare design templates and quotations for kitchen design projects.
3. Ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the design process, from lead qualification to order confirmation.
4. Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored design solutions.
5. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver the final design as per client specifications.

Key Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design with 2-4 years of experience in kitchen design.
2. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, KD Max, and other relevant design tools.
3. Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to manage client relationships effectively.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure while meeting project deadlines.
