We are currently seeking applications for the position of Process Developer, Procurement. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks such as processing purchase requisitions, setting up suppliers, handling email inquiries from internal customers and external vendors, and providing professional and high-quality service and assistance throughout the customer journey. Your key responsibilities will include: - Following up on customer interactions promptly and addressing any issues or concerns raised by stakeholders - Recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, along with the actions taken, to maintain accurate customer interaction records - Facilitating smooth transactions by developing communication between customers and resolving their queries effectively - Monitoring and acknowledging incoming queries via the generic email box as per SLA - Tracking all requests received for efficiency and follow-up purposes, and ensuring timely resolutions by following up with requesters, co-functional teams, and suppliers/vendors - Providing periodic updates to users and impacted parties on the status of raised tickets/issues and transferring/raising inquiries to appropriate teams for resolution Minimum Qualifications: - Graduation in Commerce (B.Com) - Excellent Communication Skills - Written and Spoken - Customer Management Skills Preferred Qualifications: - Proficiency with MS Excel - Understanding of Procurement/Supplier Set-up Concepts - Familiarity with WorkDay and Coupa will be an added advantage If you are looking to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of a global organization, this Process Developer role based in India-Kolkata offers a full-time opportunity to utilize your skills and expertise in operations.
