Job Description

The Customer Excellence Advisory Lead (CEAL) is dedicated to empowering customers to maximize the potential of their data through expert architectural guidance and design. As a key member of the Oracle Analytics Service Excellence team, you will work alongside Solution Architects who specialize in Oracle Analytics Cloud, Oracle Analytics Server, and Fusion Data Intelligence. Together, our primary objective is to facilitate the successful integration of Oracle Analytics within client organizations. Your responsibilities will involve engaging with customers and partners on a global scale to establish confidence in Oracle Analytics. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with Product Management to drive continuous improvement of product offerings. Sharing knowledge and best practices through various channels such as blogs, webinars, and demonstrations will be an integral part of your role. This position plays a pivotal role in supporting enterprises seeking to harness the full potential of Oracles Fusion Data Intelligence platform. By ensuring that business users not only embrace but excel in a data-centric environment, you will be instrumental in driving organizational success and innovation. This role is classified at career level M2, reflecting its significance and impact within the organization.,
