Your strong focus on both manual and automated testing, along with experience in Agile development processes and continuous integration practices, will be essential for the role. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript, coupled with excellent communication and leadership skills, will enable you to effectively manage and mentor a team of quality engineers. Your responsibilities will include leading the design, development, and execution of comprehensive test strategies for complex software systems. By mentoring and managing a team of software quality engineers, you will provide guidance, feedback, and support to ensure successful testing activities. Collaborating with development teams and stakeholders, you will define system requirements and oversee the implementation of automated testing frameworks, driving continuous improvement in testing efficiency and coverage. Monitoring key quality metrics and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the software engineering organization will be key aspects of your role.
