Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Voice Customer Support Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with their queries, and provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously.
Understand customer issues, provide accurate information, and resolve problems efficiently.
Maintain a positive attitude towards customers and deliver high-quality support.
Follow company guidelines and policies while handling customer interactions.
Document customer interactions and update records in the CRM system.
Work in rotational shifts as per the schedule.
Collaborate with team members and escalate unresolved issues to higher authorities when necessary.
Eligibility & Skills:
Educational Qualification: UG/Graduate (Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome).
Good communication skills in English and/or Hindi.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
Previous experience in voice support or customer service will be an advantage but freshers can also apply.
Work Timings & Benefits:
5 days working, rotational shifts.
2 days rotational off.
Both side cabs provided for commute.
Salary Slab:
UG Freshers: 25,000
Graduate Freshers: 28,000
UG/Graduate with 6 months experience: 30,000
More than 1 year experience: 32,000
More than 2 years experience: 34,000 (maximum up to 35,000)
