Job Description
- The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong background in applying machine learning to Digital Signal Processing, specifically focusing on audio signal analysis and accelerometer data analysis. You will be responsible for developing innovative ML models, including CNNs, RNNs, and GANs, as well as utilizing techniques such as LLMs and low-rank adaptation to enhance our product offerings. Additionally, you should be proficient in MLOps practices and have experience deploying ML models into production environments. Your key responsibilities will include designing and building custom machine learning models from scratch for digital and audio signal processing and accelerometer data analysis. You should be able to apply advanced ML techniques like time series analysis, CNNs, RNNs, GANs, LLMs, and low-rank adaptation to solve complex problems in pet wellness technology. Data analysis and processing skills are crucial for performing sophisticated data analysis and preprocessing to prepare datasets for machine learning applications. You will also be expected to implement MLOps practices to streamline the deployment of machine learning models into production, optimize ML model performance for accuracy and efficiency, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML models into the product ecosystem. Staying updated with the latest developments in machine learning and signal processing to drive innovation within the company is essential. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelors/Masters in Engineering in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with a focus on machine learning from a top-tier institute. Additionally, you must have proven experience in building custom ML models for digital signal processing, audio signal analysis, and accelerometer data analysis with at least 6 years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of time series-based machine learning, CNNs, RNNs, GANs, LLMs, and low-rank adaptation techniques is required, along with experience in MLOps practices and deploying ML models in production environments. Proficiency in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and programming languages like Python is necessary. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are also desired. Preferred skills for this role include experience in pet wellness or related industries, familiarity with IoT device data processing and analysis, and knowledge of cloud computing platforms and services for ML deployment.
