Job Description
- As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer with expertise in Mixed Integer Linear Programming (MILP), you will play a pivotal role in developing and fine-tuning optimization models using Python. Your responsibilities will encompass the complete lifecycle of machine learning models, from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring seamless integration into production systems. Proficiency in Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, and Azure will be crucial for this role. Your key responsibilities will include leading the end-to-end development and deployment of machine learning models, specializing in MILP models to solve complex optimization challenges. You will utilize various optimization tools and solvers such as CPLEX, Gurobi, OR-Tools, and Python libraries like MIP to create efficient solutions. Additionally, your role will involve implementing and fine-tuning solver methods like Stochastic Gradient Descent (SGD), AdaDelta, AdaGrad, Adam, Nesterov, RMSprop, and developing mathematical and statistical methods from scratch. Your expertise will be utilized in conducting rigorous fine-tuning of machine learning models, performing statistical analysis, and employing version control and CI/CD practices for streamlined deployment. Strong problem-solving skills will be essential for creating innovative solutions to mathematical and computational challenges. Qualifications: - Educational Background: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field. - Experience: 5+ years in machine learning with a focus on optimization and MILP. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, MILP, optimization tools, solver methods, mathematical and statistical principles, Git, CI/CD, cloud platforms, and web frameworks. - Soft Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Docker and Kubernetes. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git. - Certification in cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure) is advantageous.,
