3+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX support.
Hands-on experience in AX modules such as Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, or Retail.
Good understanding of X++ coding, SQL Server, and integrations (preferred for at least one resource in the team).
Experience in resolving performance issues, debugging errors, and handling AX workflows .
Ability to work independently and troubleshoot functional and technical issues .
Strong communication skills to interact with business and IT teams in Europe.
Experience working in ITIL-based support environments (ticketing systems like ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.).
