Job Description
We are looking for a versatile and experienced HR Business Partner to support both strategic and operational HR functions. This dual-role position will serve as a key advisor to internal departments while managing core HR processes across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Business Partnering:
- Partner with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Provide expert guidance on talent development, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
- Support organisational change, restructuring, and culture-building initiatives Advise and support managers in addressing employee relations matters.
People and Culture:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and contract administration.
- Maintain and update HRIS records and ensure data accuracy.
- Oversee HR policy implementation and process improvements
- Coordinate training and development initiatives across teams
- Administer employee benefits, leave entitlements, and wellness programs
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support leadership decision-making
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of overall HR experience, including 2+ years in an HRBP or advisory role
- Prior experience in the education sector (preferred)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Location: Remote
Shift Timings : 6am -3pm (fixed)
