Role Description

We're seeking a talented Figma Designer with a strong portfolio in creating visually stunning and high-converting landing pages and HTML emails. You'll play a key role in designing user-centered experiences that drive results, with a focus on our real estate and home services initiatives. While your core expertise will be in Figma for landing page and email design, a solid understanding of graphic design principles and proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator will be a significant plus.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop visually appealing and responsive landing pages with a focus on conversion optimization (primary focus).
• Design and develop effective responsive HTML email templates that align with marketing campaigns (primary focus).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, development) to understand project requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends, AI tools, especially in real estate digital marketing, and best practices for conversion.
• Contribute to basic graphic design tasks, including creating web banners and other visual assets as needed.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Figma design, with a strong focus on landing pages.
• Experience designing & developing effective responsive HTML emails.
• Proficiency in HTML & CSS.
• Understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles.
• Awareness of AI tools that can enhance design creativity and automation
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
