Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Designer who brings both strategy and craft to the table. This is a high-impact individual contributor role, ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of design, technology, and business. You will be responsible for translating abstract ideas and complex workflows into intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling digital experiences across web, mobile, and marketing platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead UI/UX design for web and mobile applications from concept to handoff.
- Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes using Figma and tools from the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Contribute to brand evolution projects including digital design systems, identity refreshes, and cross-platform consistency.
- Design performance-driven creative for social media, marketing, and web campaigns aligned with product goals.
- Apply principles of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) to improve key funnel metrics and user engagement.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and content teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and alignment.
- Have a working knowledge of front-end (HTML, CSS, JS) to effectively liaise with engineers and validate feasibility.
- Conduct usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and post-launch audits to iterate on improvements.
Requirements
- 7-8 years of experience in UI/UX roles, preferably in IT or product companies.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating responsive design, branding, and interaction flows.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects.
- Basic front-end knowledge to co-own design-engineering handoffs.
- Working knowledge of CRO, accessibility, mobile-first principles.
- Detail-oriented with strong visual storytelling and typographic sensibilities.
Nice to Have
- Experience with design systems and token-based UI architecture.
- Familiarity with Webflow, Framer, or animation tools like Lottie.
- Experience working in agile and cross-functional teams.
