Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly targets through effective channel management, distribution channel sales, and dealer management.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing relationships with distributors and dealers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to product availability, pricing, and inventory management.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy and optimize performance.
  • Provide coaching and training to junior team members on B2B sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 4-8 years of experience in area sales management or similar role within the building material industry.
  • Strong understanding of channel sales principles, distribution channel sales strategies, and dealer management practices.
  • Proven track record of achieving monthly/quarterly targets through effective leadership and execution of sales plans.
