Job Description:-

  • Conduct discovery calls and client meetings to gather detailed insights into customer pain points, business needs, and strategic goals.
  • Develop and deliver persuasive sales pitches,handling objections with confidence and customizing messages to resonate with each client.
  • Analyse competitive offerings and position our products and services effectively through customized demo presentations.
  • Prepare detailed scopes of work and solution documentation for each lead, ensuring clarity and feasibility.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design comprehensive, value-driven proposals that align with customer requirements and organizational capabilities.
  • Develop project plans and lead regular client meetings to provide updates, manage expectations, and address potential issues.
  • Build deep domain knowledge of the clients business landscape and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional solutions.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback and market trends to the product development team to inform innovation and feature improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 37 years of experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
  • Strong understanding of solution selling and the ability to translate technical offerings into business value.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with sales, delivery, and product teams.
  • Experience in creating proposals, scopes, and business cases is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, demo environments, and proposal management tools.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in [Insert Industry or Domain, e.g., SaaS, FinTech, Healthcare IT]
  • Knowledge of project management principles and client onboarding practices
  • Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously
