Job Title: Manager Tiger Team (RCM)
Role Summary:
We are forming a high-impact Tiger Team composed of experienced managers to lead rapid interventions and performance recovery initiatives across our healthcare RCM portfolio. This group will work on high-priority problem statements, turnaround underperforming accounts, align delivery with client expectations, and strengthen cross-functional collaboration.
Each manager will bring deep expertise in a key functional domain while working collaboratively as a cohesive unit to drive change, build frameworks, and scale improvements.

Strong in AR follow-up, denial management, end-to-end RCM flow; able to identify process bottlenecks and drive execution.
Quality Manager
Expertise in auditing, RCA, FTR/FCR analysis, compliance; sets up feedback loops and continuous improvement models.
Training Specialist
Designs and delivers rapid capability-building interventions, upskills teams on process and systems.
Data & MIS Analyst
Strong in analysis, dashboarding; turns insights into actionable interventions.
Client Success Partner
Aligns external and internal expectations, manages communications, escalations, and client sentiment recovery.
