Job Description

Job Title: Manager Tiger Team (RCM)

Role Summary:

We are forming a high-impact Tiger Team composed of experienced managers to lead rapid interventions and performance recovery initiatives across our healthcare RCM portfolio. This group will work on high-priority problem statements, turnaround underperforming accounts, align delivery with client expectations, and strengthen cross-functional collaboration.

Each manager will bring deep expertise in a key functional domain while working collaboratively as a cohesive unit to drive change, build frameworks, and scale improvements.

Primary Objectives:

  1. Turnaround At-Risk Accounts
    • Lead deep-dive assessments into accounts facing SLA, quality, or compliance issues.
    • Develop and execute recovery plans with measurable outcomes.
  2. Align Client and Internal Metrics
    • Identify gaps between client expectations and internal measurements.
    • Establish a unified performance framework with cross-functional buy-in.
  3. Drive Operational Excellence
    • Standardize workflows, reduce rework, and improve accuracy and efficiency.
    • Deploy automation or process enhancements in partnership with Tech and Ops.
  4. Enable Cross-Functional Problem Solving
    • Act as the central command bridging Ops, Training, Quality, and Client Success.
    • Lead daily standups, war room meetings, and structured problem-solving sessions.
  5. Build Sustainable Playbooks
    • Document best practices and interventions for scale and reusability across other accounts.
    • Mentor frontline teams to maintain performance post-exit.

Role Focus


Skills & Expectations

RCM Ops Lead


Strong in AR follow-up, denial management, end-to-end RCM flow; able to identify process bottlenecks and drive execution.

Quality Manager


Expertise in auditing, RCA, FTR/FCR analysis, compliance; sets up feedback loops and continuous improvement models.

Training Specialist


Designs and delivers rapid capability-building interventions, upskills teams on process and systems.

Data & MIS Analyst


Strong in analysis, dashboarding; turns insights into actionable interventions.

Client Success Partner


Aligns external and internal expectations, manages communications, escalations, and client sentiment recovery.

General Competencies (for all roles):

  • Strategic problem-solving with tactical execution capability
  • Ability to lead in ambiguity and under pressure
  • Experience in healthcare RCM, preferably US-based clients
  • High attention to detail and strong project management
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
  • Comfortable working in cross-functional, fast-paced environments
  • Willingness to get in to detail and perform individual contributor roles as necessary

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree required; postgraduate preferred (MBA/MPH/Hospital Admin/Equivalent)
  • ~ 10 years of total experience in healthcare RCM
  • Proven track record in managing operations, quality, or client delivery
  • Prior experience in turnaround initiatives is a plus
