Job Description
Purpose of the Position:
We aim to hire a Technical Project Manager to enhance our data-driven decision-making by overseeing data management, generating business insights, integrating BI technologies, and effectively managing delivery across project(s). This role will drive strategic growth and operational efficiency through effective data utilization
Key Result Areas and Activities:

Enhanced Customer Satisfaction: Work with the client stakeholders and cross functional team(s), internal or external, to ensure the team delivers the services as per their expectations leading to high customer satisfaction

Manage contract & financial performance: Own the overall contractual and financial performance of the account by working with Financial Analyst(s) and Legal team for existing and new potential opportunities

Grow & develop business: Accountable for coming up with a strategy at an account level to identify new opportunities by developing deep understanding of their overall technical set up and upcoming priorities over period

Team Leadership & Resource Management: Lead and mentor a team of Analytics developers and Data engineers, managing resources effectively, addressing constraints, and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations

Project Planning & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans that meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements.

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success and compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive project plans, detailing scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies

Monitor project progress, making necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies?to ensure project success & ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations
-
Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, risks, and next steps
-
Allocate resources effectively, manage budgets, and ensure the team has the necessary tools and training.

Identify and address resource constraints or bottlenecks
Roles and Responsibilities
Must-Have:
-
8+ years of experience in data analytics or related fields, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
-
Good understanding of data analytics, data warehousing, and reporting tools
-
Proven track record of delivering successful data analytics projects and involvement in managing end-to-end delivery which includes managing Finances, Stakeholder management
-
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
-
Familiarity with cloud platforms and their data services
-
Relevant certifications such as PMP is a must
Good to Have:
-
Advanced degrees or specialized certifications in data analytics or project management are a plus
-
Ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and concisely
-
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
-
Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects
Qualifications:

Bachelor?s or master?s degree in computer science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
