As a Lead Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in coding, testing, and delivering high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Possess excellent knowledge of J2EE frameworks and Tools with a strong aptitude for learning - Understand the core business challenges and provide effective IT solutions, collaborating closely with the QA team to ensure product quality - Demonstrate proficiency in the QA process and familiarity with relevant tools - Engage in design, development, and code review activities - Demonstrate readiness and capability to explore new platforms and solutions with Java at the core Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/B Tech) or MCA - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications/ Skills: - Prior experience in software development - Sound understanding of Investment banking, derivatives, and other capital market products - Strong analytical and technical competencies - Proficiency in Oracle DB, PL/SQL - Hands-on experience in JAVA, advanced JAVA, Springboot framework, and Microservices - Proficient in Angular/React JS, JavaScript, and HTML - Familiarity with Linux platform - Effective communication and proactive approach - Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask efficiently - Eagerness to learn and implement new processes and tools - Strong debugging skills If you are a proactive and dynamic professional seeking to make an impact in a challenging environment, we invite you to apply for the role of Lead Consultant at Genpact.
