Roles & Responsibilities :
-Respond to Inbound Leads: Manage inbound inquiries via email and phone.
-Qualify Opportunities: Engage with leads to understand their challenges and goals, ensuring they align with our offerings.
-Schedule Sales Meetings: Book demos or discovery calls for the sales team with qualified prospects.
-Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with sales and marketing to improve lead conversion strategies and provide feedback on campaign effectiveness.
-Track Progress: Keep accurate records of all lead interactions in the CRM, ensuring a clear and organized sales pipeline.
-Exceed Targets: Achieve and surpass KPIs, including response time, lead conversion rate, and demo scheduling
Requirements:
-Superior sales skills.
-Ability to solve complex situational problems and independently make decisions based on available information and experience.
-Written business communication skills.
