Defining and developing a community management strategy
Organizing various community building initiatives to cultivate and grow participation
Monitoring and optimizing community engagement levels
Managing a team and driving performance
Drives business imperatives for the community in terms of revenue generation and profitability
Is able to manage and run multiple communities seamlessly
Key Skills We Look For :
Experience in growing and managing communities
Have the ability to foresee and identify needs of the community
Should exhibit a high degree of initiative and execution focus
Should have prior experience in dealing with diverse stakeholders (customers, vendor partners, internal members) and managing outcomes under all circumstances.
Excellent written and verbal skills in English
Highly organized with attention to detail
Love working with people
