Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Proposal Writer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in developing high-quality, winning proposals for IT Staffing and Software Development services. This individual will collaborate across departments to craft compelling, client-focused content that aligns with our business objectives and meets client needs.

Qualifications :

5+ Proven experience as a Senior Proposal Writer in the IT services industry.

Experience in developing and winning proposals for IT Staffing & Software Development services.

Strong understanding of the IT services landscape and client needs.

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously.

Bachelor s degree in business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end proposal development process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather information and create high-quality proposals.
Develop clear and compelling value propositions tailored to specific client requirements.
Work closely with sales, technical, and delivery teams to understand client needs and formulate winning proposal strategies.
Ensure proposals align with the companys business goals and objectives.
Write, edit, and review proposal content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
Craft executive summaries, technical sections, and other components of the proposal document.
Conduct thorough quality assurance checks to ensure proposals meet company standards and client expectations.
Review proposals for compliance with RFP/RFI requirements.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather technical information and incorporate it into proposals.
Facilitate proposal review meetings to gather feedback and refine proposal content.
Maintain a repository of proposal content, case studies, and other relevant materials for future use.
Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into proposal development processes.
