12 years of overall professional experience, with minimum 5 years in Program Management in E-learning.

Rs. 90,000/- per month (with an annual increment of 10%, subject to satisfactory performance)
1.5. Job Description
The Head E-Learning will lead the Centres efforts to offer IIIDEMs training and academic programs through e-learning platform. The role includes procurement of platform, strategic oversight, management and coordination of e-learning platform and content development, Learning Management System (LMS) operations. The Head will be responsible for modernizing training delivery and launching online certification programs.
1.6. Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities of the job include the following:
(i) Strategic Oversight of E-Learning Initiatives Lead the planning and implementation of e-learning strategies aligned with IIIDEMs training goals,
(ii) E-learning Management System and E-Content Management Oversee procurement, development and maintenance of the e-Learning Management System (LMS) and manage the conversion of existing training materials into interactive, high-quality digital learning modules.
(iii) Technology Integration Guide the conceptualization and development of mobile apps, virtual classrooms, and knowledge-sharing platforms to improve user experience and enable distance learning.
(iv) Online Certification Programs Coordinate the launch and delivery of online courses and certification programmes in collaboration with other Centres of IIIDEM.
(v) Collaboration and Partnerships Develop institutional partnerships with national and international e-learning organizations for content sharing, innovation, and capacity building in digital learning.
1.7. Skills & Competencies
(i) Strong leadership in managing large-scale e-learning or digital training programs.
(ii) Proficiency in LMS platforms, digital tools, and e-learning content management.
(iii) Ability to coordinate multi-platform digital initiatives including mobile and web.
(iv) Understanding of social media for institutional visibility and engagement.
(v) Experience in cross-functional coordination and program reporting.
1.8. Desirable
(i) MBA in Information Technology or Graduate in IT with MBA.
(ii) Experience in government, public sector, or electoral training institutions.
(iii) Exposure to development of mobile apps and virtual learning tools.
(iv) Familiarity with global e-learning standards and practices.
(v) Ability to modernize and digitize existing training processes.
