Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer with expertise in Python, ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow), Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, and SQL to join our AI innovation team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and LLM-based solutions to solve complex business challenges across various domains.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deploy machine learning models, including deep learning architecture using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
Fine-tune and integrate pretrained Large Language Models (LLMs) for custom NLP solutions.
Collaborate with data scientists, MLOps engineers, and product teams to build scalable AI pipelines.
Write optimized and production-quality Python code for model training, evaluation, and inference.
Design and query SQL databases for feature engineering and model data preparation.
Conduct performance tuning, model monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI systems.
Document model design decisions, experiments, and performance metrics.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience with Python and modern ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
Experience working with LLMs (e. g. , OpenAI, HuggingFace Transformers, LangChain, etc. ).
Strong understanding of model evaluation, overfitting, bias mitigation, and deployment best practices.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
Bonus points for:
a. Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or vector databases (e. g. , Pinecone, FAISS)
b. Experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and prompt orchestration tools
c. Exposure to cloud AI services (AWS SageMaker, Vertex AI, etc. )
