Job Description

Role & responsibilities


  • Coordinate and manage the complete onboarding process for new employees
  • Conduct and follow up on Background Verification (BGV) through third-party agencies
  • Handle joining formalities and ensure timely completion of all necessary steps
  • Collect, verify, and maintain all employee documents as per company and compliance standards
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems
  • Respond to new hire queries related to joining and documentation
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards on onboarding status and BGV progress
