Job Description
- Your role as a Business Analytics Specialist involves preparing key business analytics reports and delivering regular updates on ad-hoc customized reports daily. You will support management in deriving strategic insights by analyzing various metrics that impact EBIDTA and ensuring the measurement and delivery of COCO/COFO profitability to establish efficient processes. In the context of expanding business operations, maintaining a sustainable and profitable model requires diligent monitoring of performance metrics, efficiency, and overall profitability. Each business channel presents unique variables that necessitate thorough analysis and review, with a structured approach to revisiting these aspects at planned intervals. The task is further complex due to the involvement of numerous external stakeholders and a wide range of influencing factors. Your key responsibilities will include generating key business analytics reports with a focus on accuracy, quality, and reliability. Additionally, you will be involved in preparing and updating various business-level reports, providing timely support for planning and budgeting processes, and ensuring regular interactions with the Finance team for P&L finalization. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in supporting business reviews and management presentations by assisting in the creation of business write-ups, PowerPoint slides, and data updates. Coordinating with different business functions to fulfill data requirements and optimizing budgets for Retail and Apparels will also be part of your responsibilities. You will collaborate closely with the Parta/Cost Department to evaluate business product costs, conduct PBDIT analysis for different business segments, and track key business indicators such as monthly sales performance, SBU P&L, working capital, and provisioning. Your role will involve liaising with IT teams for MIS report development, commercial transactions with Sales & Accounts departments, and providing support to various functions through coordination with the Legal Department. Overall, your role as a Business Analytics Specialist will involve in-depth analysis, strategic support, and cross-functional coordination to drive sustainable and profitable business growth.,
