Job Description
- The primary responsibility of the role is to prepare key business analytics reports and deliver regular updates on customized reports as per ad-hoc requirements on a daily basis. Your support in providing strategic insights to the management through the analysis of various metrics affecting EBIDTA and ensuring the measurement and communication of COCO/COFO profitability will be crucial in establishing efficient processes. In the evolving business landscape, with diverse channels demanding unique checks and balances for sustainable profitability, it is imperative to monitor the factors influencing performance, efficiency, and ultimately, the bottom line. This necessitates a meticulous approach towards analyzing and reviewing a multitude of variables, with a commitment to periodic revisits as per the predetermined schedule, for which your assistance is vital. The complexity is further compounded by the involvement of numerous external stakeholders and a wide array of variables, making the task at hand both challenging and essential. Your key responsibilities will revolve around the following areas: **Key Business Analytics and Report Generation** - Ensure the timely updating and generation of reports, maintaining high standards of accuracy, quality, and reliability. - Prepare and update a variety of business-level reports to facilitate decision-making. - Provide timely support for reviews and planning processes, collaborating closely with the Finance team for P & L finalization. **Business Reviews and Management Presentations** - Assist in business reviews and discussions by creating comprehensive write-ups, informative PPT slides, and updating relevant data. - Coordinate with various business functions to fulfill data requirements and ensure seamless information flow. **Plan and Optimize Budgets** - Support in the preparation of annual budgets for the Retail and Apparel segments. - Collaborate with the Parta/Cost Department to evaluate the financial aspects of the sales plan and assess key process metrics and profitability ratios. - Aid in the preparation of budget presentations for effective communication. **Evaluation of Business Product Costs** - Work closely with the "Parta" Department to finalize financial figures across different channels and brands. - Conduct detailed PBDIT analysis for product, business segment, and channel/brand/store profitability. **Track Key Business Indicators** - Monitor critical business metrics such as Monthly Sales Performance, SBU P&L, Dashboards, Working Capital, Provisioning, COGS, and receivables aging. - Perform variance analysis and provide actionable suggestions for performance enhancement. **Liaison with Different Departments** - Collaborate with the IT Team to develop new MIS reports and enhance SAP & Information Systems. - Support commercial transactions in coordination with the Sales & Accounts Department. - Engage with the Legal Department for various ad hoc requirements, offering ancillary support and guidance to diverse functions.,
