Job Description

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Create and execute high-impact hotel promotional campaigns, manage seasonal offers, and drive booking conversion through strategic marketing initiatives while coordinating with hotel partners for co-funded promotions.

  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns on OTA platforms 
  • Coordinate with Sales and Marketing Campaign to align marketing efforts 
  • Design and run OTA campaigns based on seasonal trends and market demands 
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategy as needed 
  • Work with partners to co-create exclusive deals 
  • Report on ROI and campaign KPIs 
  • Ensure confidentiality of seller information; take full responsibility for any damage caused to sellers/partners/users or Soctrip 
  • Do not use personal contact information (including phone numbers, email addresses, social media accounts, messaging apps, etc.) to communicate with sellers/partners/users. Only use company-approved contact details for sellers/partners/users communication and support during your employment with Soctrip and Hahalolo 

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or related field 
  • Experience: 3-5 years in hotel marketing/OTA campaign management 
  • Technical Skills:  
  1. Experience with hotel booking conversion optimization 
  2. Knowledge of seasonal travel patterns 
  3. Understanding of hotel pricing strategies 
  4. Proficiency in campaign analytics tools 

Key Competencies:

  • Hotel package creation and bundling 
  • Seasonal campaign planning (summer vacations, festivals) 
  • Destination marketing expertise 
  • Partner co-marketing negotiations 
  • Last-minute deal strategies 
  • Loyalty program integration 

Campaign Types to Manage:

  • Seasonal hotel promotions (peak/off-peak) 
  • City-specific hotel deals 
  • Long-stay discounts 
  • Weekend getaway packages 
  • Festival special rates 
  • Business travel promotions 

Performance Metrics:

  • Campaign ROI: 400%+ (higher than flights due to better margins) 
  • Hotel booking conversion improvement: 15%+ 
  • Partner-funded campaigns: 10+ monthly 
  • Cost per hotel booking: 200-500 
  • Campaign-attributed GMV: $3M+ monthly
