Job Summary
We are seeking highly skilled and motivated ServiceNow Consultants who are passionate about building solutions that transform customer engagement and commercial operations for global manufacturing enterprises.
In this role, you will implement and customize ServiceNow solutions focusing on real-time CRM experiences, Customer Service Management (CSM), Field Service Management (FSM), Order Management, and Manufacturer Commercial Operations (MCO). Your contributions will create differentiated value by integrating customer, dealer, and partner ecosystems seamlessly our specialized focus area that drives client success.
Experience
Mid-Level (2 5 years)
Proven experience in ServiceNow CSM, FSM, or Order Management development, including configuration, scripting, and integrations.
Senior (5+ years)
Extensive expertise implementing complex CRM and MCO solutions, leading project delivery teams, designing scalable architectures, and integrating ServiceNow with ERP and manufacturing systems to deliver strategic business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Development & Customization: Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow solutions with a strategic focus on CRM and MCO workflows to drive real-time visibility and operational efficiency.
End-to-End Implementation: Lead implementations with seamless integrations across ServiceNow CRM modules, ERP systems, dealer management platforms, and customer portals.
Product Innovation: Develop reusable components and frameworks to accelerate the delivery of CRM and MCO solutions, enhancing our unique market proposition.
Platform Optimization & Upgrades: Manage configurations, data migrations, upgrades, and performance enhancements with minimal business disruption.
Documentation & Enablement: Create clear solution documentation, user guides, and training materials for internal teams and clients to maximise platform adoption and value.
Support & Troubleshooting: Provide expert-level support for CRM and MCO modules, resolving complex issues and ensuring optimal platform performance.
Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with architects, product managers, and business stakeholders to evolve solution roadmaps, embedding innovation and efficiency in every delivery.
Skills
Technical
Strong expertise in ServiceNow CSM, FSM, and Sales/Order Management.
Advanced scripting skills with strong REST/SOAP API integration experience.
Experience designing CRM and MCO workflows for manufacturing and enterprise clients.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and their integration with ServiceNow.
Soft
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to lead deliverables independently while fostering collaborative, high-performing teams.
Effective time management with a focus on business outcomes.
Preferred
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CSM, FSM, Order Management).
Experience with ServiceNow App Engine, low-code/no-code development.
Exposure to AI Lab practices, AI model development, or ServiceNow AI integrations is a strong advantage, enabling innovative use cases and intelligent workflows.
