Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will oversee the development process and ensure successful project delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Lead the application development team in designing, building, and configuring applications.- Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
