Job Description

As our Full-Stack AI-First Marketer, you will own the rapid ideation, creation, deployment, and optimization of all marketing assetspowered by AI. Youll use best-in-class tools to automate workflows, generate high-impact content, and accelerate lead generation across the entire funnel. Youll work closely with our Marketing Director to scale programs, experiment boldly, and drive measurable results.Key Responsibilities
AI Toolstack Management
Evaluate, select, and integrate AI platforms (e.g., generative copy, personalization engines, analytics) to streamline marketing workflows.Rapid Content & Collateral Production
Leverage LLMs and AI design tools to create:Website copy, landing pages, and micrositesSales decks, one-pagers, case studies, and whitepapersEmail sequences, ad copy, and social media postsAI-Powered SDR & Lead Gen
Configure chatbots and email-sequencing bots to qualify leads, book demos, and hand off high-value prospects to sales.Dynamic Website Personalization
Implement AI-driven personalization to tailor content, CTAs, and product recommendations in real time.Automated Campaign Orchestration
Build low-code/no-code workflows that trigger multi-channel campaigns based on user behavior, segment criteria, or intent signals.Generative Design & Multimedia
Use AI image/video generation to produce banners, infographics, teasers, demos, and customer testimonial videos.AI-Driven Analytics & Reporting
Employ predictive and diagnostic analytics to forecast pipeline lift, recommend next best actions, and automate executive dashboards.Experimentation & Optimization
Run AI-powered A/B/n tests and multi-armed bandit experiments that automatically allocate traffic to top performers and retrain models on new data.Cross-Functional Enablement
Create playbooks, training sessions, and AI toolkits to empower Sales, CS, and Product teams with AI-enhanced collateral and processes.Governance & Ethical AI Use
Ensure all personalization and outreach comply with GDPR/CCPA, maintain brand safety, and monitor for bias.Qualifications
Experience:
7+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with demonstrable use of AI tools for content generation, personalization, or analytics.Technical Aptitude:
Comfortable learning and operating AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Jasper, Copy.ai, Zapier integrations) and basic scripting (no deep engineering required).Marketing Expertise:
Proven track record of driving acquisition and demand-gen via paid, organic, and email channels. Strong copywriting and storytelling chops.Analytical Mindset:
Ability to interpret AI-powered insights, design experiments, and translate results into actionable recommendations.Collaboration & Communication:
Exceptional communicator; adept at partnering with cross-functional teams and presenting to leadership.Self-Starter:
Thrives in a fast-paced environment, rapidly prototypes new ideas, and iterates based on data.
