Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and retention.
  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to increase revenue generation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding process for new clients, ensuring timely delivery of services and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for lead generation and stay ahead in the competitive landscape.

Job Requirements :

  • 0-2 years' experience in B2B sales or corporate sales within the IT services industry.
  • Strong skills in business development, client acquisition, lead generation, and revenue generation.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
