Job Description
Job Title: OpenText Media Management
Location: Noida, Chennai, and Bangalore
Work Mode: Hybrid (2-3 days/week from office)
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional in OpenText Media Management (OTMM) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, customizing, and supporting the OpenText Media Management platform to meet business requirements in digital asset management and content lifecycle solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure OpenText Media Management (OTMM) solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, creative, and IT to manage digital assets efficiently.
- Customize and integrate OTMM with other enterprise systems such as CMS, ERP, and PIM platforms.
- Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancement of the OTMM system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve OTMM issues, including performance tuning and upgrades.
- Participate in requirement gathering, technical design, and documentation.
- Support migration of digital assets and metadata into OTMM.
- Ensure compliance with security and governance standards for digital assets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 38 years of hands-on experience with OpenText Media Management (OTMM).
- Strong knowledge of digital asset management principles and best practices.
- Experience with OTMM integration using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Proficiency in Java, JSP, JavaScript, XML, and related technologies.
- Experience in system upgrades, performance optimization, and OTMM customization.
- Knowledge of OpenText Content Server, Archive Center, or related platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployments (e.g., AWS, Azure) preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Education:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Work Culture:
We follow a hybrid work model where employees are expected to work 2-3 days a week from the office to encourage collaboration and innovation, while maintaining flexibility.
