Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze, document, and refine business processes and requirements.
Act as a bridge between technical teams and business units to ensure effective communication and successful solution implementation.
Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements for Dynamics 365 (CE) and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements leveraging Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements, use cases, process flows, and user stories.
Support solution design and assist in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and training.
Assist in the configuration and customization of Dynamics 365 applications.
Identify risks and dependencies within the project scope and work with stakeholders to address them.
Stay up to date with the latest features and best practices in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and related technologies.
