Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and expansion of existing relationships.
  • Manage key accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to increase revenue generation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing campaigns that support sales efforts and enhance brand visibility in the B2B space.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Job Requirements :

  • 0-2 years of experience in B2B sales or corporate sales within IT Services & Consulting industry.
  • Proven track record of success in client acquisition, retention, and revenue generation.
  • Strong understanding of business development principles, including market research, competitive analysis, and proposal writing.
