Job Description
- Utilize Celonis to conduct deep-dive analyses of end-to-end business processes (e.g., P2P, O2C, R2R).
- Design, develop, and maintain Celonis data models, process views, dashboards, and action flows.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and identify process inefficiencies or compliance gaps.
- Interpret and visualize process data to present actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Work with IT and data engineering teams to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from source systems into Celonis. Lead or support process improvement initiatives, using data to quantify impacts and track KPIs.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in Celonis analyses and outputs.
- Stay current on updates and new features in the Celonis platform.
- Basic understanding of RPA concepts and tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, PA).
- Familiarity with process flow diagrams and scripting logic. Basic programming/scripting knowledge (e.g., Python, VBScript, or JavaScript) is a plus.
- Required Qualifications 3-4 Experience with Celonis or other process mining tools
- Strong knowledge of business processes in areas like finance, procurement, supply chain, or customer service.
- Proficient in SQL, data modeling, and analytics.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
