Role Purpose: The primary objective of this role is to offer significant technical expertise in architecture planning and design for the relevant tower (platform, database, middleware, backup, etc.) and oversee its day-to-day operations. Senior ServiceNow Developer - ITSM & ITOM Job Summary: We are in search of a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer with more than 7 years of hands-on experience in developing and customizing solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have a profound focus on IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) modules. The successful applicant will collaborate closely with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver top-notch ServiceNow solutions that align with business requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules, emphasizing IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM). - Configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, and Workflows. - Implement and oversee ServiceNow Discovery, MID Servers, and CMDB health. - Build integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and custom integrations. - Participate in requirements gathering, translating them into functional/technical specifications, and delivering robust solutions. - Enhance performance and scalability of ServiceNow instances. - Engage in testing, quality assurance, and production deployment processes. - Develop and maintain technical documentation for implementations and customizations.
