Join one of our leading MNC clients for an exciting opportunity in the International Telecom Voice Process domain (multiple processes). This role is perfect for candidates with a background in international customer service and a passion for delivering excellent telecom support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound international voice calls for telecom support

• Address customer concerns, complaints, and queries with efficiency and professionalism

• Provide accurate information and resolve issues related to Media services

• Work closely with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and SLA compliance

• Maintain a high level of communication etiquette and technical know-how

Skills & Qualifications Required

• Minimum 6 months of International Voice Process experience

• Must be a graduate (UG or above)

• Excellent spoken English and communication skills

• Comfortable with Rotational Shifts and Rotational Offs

• Strong customer-handling and interpersonal abilities

Work Details

• Salary: Up to 5.5 LPA

• Shifts: Rotational shift & rotational week offs

• Cab: 2-way transport provided

• Work Days: 5 Days Working, 2 Days Off

• Job Location: Mahadevapura, Bangalore
