Job Description

    As a Sales Growth & Order Management professional, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base by proactively generating business inquiries through market research and networking. Your focus will be on developing and implementing strategies to achieve assigned sales targets for building materials. You will also be responsible for managing existing customer accounts to facilitate repeat orders and upselling opportunities, as well as ensuring efficient order processing and supporting customers with pre-order inquiries. Additionally, your role will involve managing customer accounts to ensure timely collection of all receivables. In the realm of Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management, you will be tasked with developing and executing a strategic plan to identify and target retailers, wholesalers, contractors, and builders in the construction materials sector. Building strong relationships with key decision-makers through regular customer visits and fostering ongoing communication will be essential. Your goal will be to convert qualified leads, onboard new customers, and drive continuous transactions to meet Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) forecast and revenue targets. Data updating and process management will be a key aspect of your responsibilities, where you will maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data by meticulously capturing, entering, and updating all relevant information in the CRM system. This will include ensuring timely meeting updates, managing CX data documents, and effectively handling all inquiries. Ensuring customer satisfaction is paramount, and you will proactively manage customer expectations by maintaining clear communication on delivery timelines and product quality. Addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner will be critical. Monitoring key metrics and identifying areas for improvement to enhance customer satisfaction will also fall under your purview. Collaboration and compliance are essential elements of the role, requiring effective collaboration with internal teams such as operations, finance, logistics, and category to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer service. Introducing new construction material products to the market as per company requirements and customer needs, while ensuring adherence to all local regulations, company standards, processes, and policies throughout the sales process will be part of your responsibilities.,
