Job Description
- You will be responsible for leading the technology strategy and development at Inext Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and a member of the executive team, you will play a crucial role in driving digital innovation, overseeing product development, ensuring technical excellence, and aligning technology initiatives with business goals. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing the company's technological vision and strategy, collaborating with the executive team to align technology goals with business objectives, evaluating and implementing new systems and infrastructure, and leading digital transformation and innovation efforts. In terms of product and software development, you will oversee the architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of software products. It will be essential to ensure scalable, secure, high-performance software solutions, establish best practices for coding, development, and deployment, prioritize product development, and effectively manage the product lifecycle. Furthermore, you will be responsible for building, mentoring, and leading the technical team, including developers, testers, and DevOps professionals. Establishing a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement will be key, along with providing technical direction and support to team members. In terms of operations and infrastructure, you will manage IT operations, systems architecture, network infrastructure, and cybersecurity. Your role will involve ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of all technology platforms and services, as well as implementing robust data privacy and protection practices. Additionally, as the key technology spokesperson for the company, you will communicate technical strategies and performance to stakeholders, clients, and non-technical teams. Collaboration with sales, marketing, customer support, and operations teams will be essential for integrated service delivery. The ideal candidate for this position will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology, along with 5-10 years of experience in a senior technology leadership role, preferably in software services companies. Strong knowledge of software development frameworks, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), APIs, DevOps, and cybersecurity, as well as experience in product innovation, project management, and agile methodologies, will be required. Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role. This is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement and paid sick time. The work schedule is a day shift, and the required education is a Bachelor's degree.
