Product Quality Analyst - Automation Testing @ Iserveu Technology

Job Description

As a Product Quality Analyst at iServeU, a modern banking infrastructure provider in the APAC region, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our web, mobile, and backend fintech applications. With a Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science and a minimum of 3 years of experience in Automation Testing, you will have the opportunity to work on impactful products used by leading banks, NBFCs, and fintechs. Your responsibilities will include analyzing user stories, use cases, and requirements for validity and feasibility, as well as conducting testing at all levels - System, Integration, and Regression. You will collaborate closely with team members and departments to ensure adherence to quality assurance processes, standards, and metrics. Additionally, you will design and develop automation scripts, detect software defects, and provide timely solutions throughout the Agile product life cycle. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with web/mobile testing, API testing, and bug tracking tools. You should possess a good understanding of databases, including SQL, JSON, and XML formats. The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision, think critically, and solve problems effectively are essential qualities for success in this role.
