Job Description:

Were looking for a seasoned Salesforce Technical Leader to manage and mentor a high-performing team of consultants and architects in our Global Delivery Centre (GDC). You will split your time between technical delivery (25%) and people leadership, driving successful multi-cloud implementations using Salesforce Industries Cloud, Sales/Service Cloud, OmniStudio, and Vlocity.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, integration, and security
• Experience in Data Architecture, Sharing & Visibility, and Apex design patterns
• Hands-on with LWC, Lightning Flows, and modern web tech (HTML, JS, CSS)
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills

Certifications Required:

• FSC Certification (for Financial Services) or
• Health Cloud Certification (for Healthcare)
