Job Description
Job Summary:
The Trainee will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Senior HR Manager in various activities, ensuring smooth operations and enhancing the overall employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Conduct initial screening and cold calling of potential candidates.
- Collect and organize basic details of shortlisted profiles.
Candidate Onboarding:
- Follow up with selected candidates for timely joining.
- Coordinate with vendors and the admin team for transport, engagement-related works, and Recognition & Reward (R&R) activities (certificates, mementos, cakes, snacks, etc.).
Training and Development:
- Follow up on GMP & non-GMP training, coordinate training sessions, and monitor attendance.
- Assist in employee induction processes.
Employee Engagement:
- Support engagement activities according to the calendar, such as yoga, sports, birthday celebrations, etc.
- Assist with query resolutions for employees.
Meeting Support:
- Coordinate meeting arrangements, including provisions for water, snacks, etc.
Resource Management:
- Ensure availability and distribution of employee stationery, water bottles, and other requirements as per the organizational needs.
Communication and Documentation:
- Update notice boards with training schedules, recent photos, and HR updates.
Qualifications and Skills:
MBA HR / MHRM PG in human resources
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Willing to Relocate to Zaheerbad / Sanagreddy
