Role Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and talented Fullstack Engineer proficient in Java (backend) and Angular (frontend) to join our product engineering team. The role involves working on mission-critical applications in the banking and financial services domain, contributing to all phases of the software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java (Spring Boot) and Angular frameworks
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Ensure code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and adherence to best practices
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and provide guidance to junior developers
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications as needed
- Ensure adherence to security standards and compliance in software design and development
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3 to 7 years of experience in fullstack development
- Strong programming knowledge in Java 8+, Spring Boot, REST APIs
- Proficiency in Angular (version 10+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases such as Oracle, MySQL, or MongoDB
- Good understanding of software design patterns, microservices architecture, and CI/CD practices
- Familiarity with tools like Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, and JIRA
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good to Have:
- Experience in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Exposure to containerization tools like Docker, Kubernetes
- Prior experience in the banking or financial services domain is a strong plus
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
