Software Engineer @ Cointab Software

Job Description

As part of the Software Engineering team, your work will include but shall not be limited to:

• Building the front-end and back-end of a modern SaaS platform using Node.js and React.js (Next.js framework)
• Creating and optimizing REST and GraphQL APIs
• Working with PostgreSQL databases, including schema design and performance tuning
• Implementing scheduled cron jobs and real-time features using WebSocket
  Managing application state using Zustand or similar state management libraries
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features
• Maintaining and deploying code within a modular monorepo structure

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong understanding of core programming concepts
• Excellent logical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Ability to understand complex business problems and build effective technical solutions
• Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with:
• Node.js
• JavaScript (ES6+) and React.js
• Next.js or similar server-side rendering frameworks
• PostgreSQL or other relational databases
• RESTful and GraphQL API design
• Zustand, Redux, or other state management libraries
• Modern CSS tools
• Experience with OAuth integrations (e.g., Google, GitHub), AWS S3 or equivalent cloud storage platforms, and Razorpay or other payment gateways is advantageous
• Educational background and years of experience do not matter if you can solve our challenge
