Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer closure
• Source and screen healthcare professionals (PT, OT, RN, SLP, etc.) via job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
• Conduct telephonic interviews and assess candidates on qualifications, certifications, and availability
• Ensure compliance through credential verification (licenses, work authorizations, identity docs)
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely follow-ups with candidates and clients
• Utilize knowledge of Per Diem assignments to place candidates effectively
• Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activity in internal databases
• Collaborate with sourcing teams, headhunters, and vendor partners
• Communicate professionally over email and internal channels
