Performance Testing Engineer (Experienced) @ Revalsys Technologies

Job Description

As a Performance Testing Engineer at Revalsys Technologies, you will be responsible for architecting and implementing modern test automation tools and frameworks to conduct automated functional testing of both new and existing mobile and web applications. Your expertise in integrating automated testing platforms with DevSecOps pipelines will be crucial in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing processes. With a minimum of 2 years of experience and a background in manual and automation testing, particularly with Selenium, you will have the ability to interpret Test Requirements and analyze the Application Under Test (AUT) effectively. Your strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills will aid in generating test cases using Selenium (Java) and understanding the Selenium framework. Ideally, you will also possess familiarity with JMeter, TestNG, API Testing, Mobile testing, and Security testing, which will be considered an added advantage. Your proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills will enable effective collaboration within the team. Your responsibilities will include conducting performance monitoring using tools like New Relic, Load and Stress Testing with JMeter, and collaborating with development and infrastructure teams to identify performance bottlenecks and implement tuning strategies. Additionally, you will be involved in preparing test plans, test scripts, and performance testing reports to provide recommendations for system improvements. Key Skills required for this role include Testing Concepts, Test Case and Scenario Writing, STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle), Web Application Testing, API Testing, Selenium, Java, Rest Assured, and Postman.
