Job Description
- You will be responsible for software testing activities using a mix of both manual and automated testing processes. As an individual contributor, you should have the potential to play a lead role in the future. You must be a self-starter, fast learner, and comfortable working on dynamic schedules and requirements. Your role will involve navigating organizational complexities by interacting with multiple stakeholders who possess deep technical, scientific, and engineering skills in the semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem. In this position, you will technically lead and own key features testing projects. Collaboration with other team members to plan and complete regression testing will be a crucial aspect of your responsibilities. You will be expected to apply various test plan methods and strategies to develop optimized test plans and techniques that support dynamic project schedules. Additionally, mentoring and training team members will be part of your role. You should have hands-on experience with different automation framework types developed in various technologies. Participation in end-to-end product development lifecycle activities, including working with teams across different geographical zones to test software and hardware solutions, will be essential. Collaborating with multiple engineering disciplines including systems/hardware, marketing, algorithms, customer applications engineers, and manufacturing on all aspects of software projects, such as requirement definition, testing, and deployment support, is also a key responsibility. Other responsibilities include participating in all stages of software development, including deployment and troubleshooting at customer sites. You will represent the SQE team in product lifecycle and key program meetings. Understanding and applying test engineering best practices to ensure the creation of high-quality products will be crucial. Qualifying new and existing products and features, designing and qualifying test cases, and automating test cases as part of the CI pipeline for automatic execution are also part of your role. You will develop test scripts using C#/.NET for Windows desktop/applications and test cases using solid test engineering principles. Minimum Qualifications: - Doctorate (Academic) Degree and related work experience of 3 years; - Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 6 years; - Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 8 years.
