Job Title: Technical Architect Oracle Apps---

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Architect Oracle Apps to lead and support our internal Oracle Applications initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise across HCM, SCM, and Finance modules, along with a solid understanding of their functional aspects. This role demands strong architectural skills, hands-on development experience, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical architecture and design of Oracle Apps solutions across HCM, SCM, and Finance modules.
• Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams on best practices and coding standards.
• Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define integration strategies and system enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and security protocols.
• Participate in planning, estimation, and execution of Oracle Apps projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1015 years of experience in Oracle Applications with strong technical expertise.
• Proficiency in Oracle HCM, SCM, and Finance modules.
• Good functional understanding of business processes in HR, Supply Chain, and Financial domains.
• Experience in Oracle PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, Workflow, and APIs.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite architecture and data models.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud (Fusion) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Oracle certifications in relevant modules.
• Experience in Agile methodologies.
• Exposure to integration tools and middleware (e.g., Oracle SOA Suite, OIC).
